NTT Communications was named 'Best Managed Service' at the 2007 World Communication awards. It stood out because in just two years it has built an ICT business service for multinational enterprises . The judges pointed out that customer examples are plentiful, and these confirm their experience of service consistency. “This entry gives good examples of new services including network acceleration and security integration, which show NTT Com is really extending its range of ICT capability,” said one. An interactive facility enables users to communicate instructions to NTT Com to modify/add/change specifications. Users can also self-generate tailored reports, follow trouble ticketing progress, and check bills—current and historical. In addition, there is a 24/7 server erformance monitor that can be viewed in real time.
NTT Communications was previously recognized as "Best Managed Services Provider" at the 2005 Telecom Asia Awards, the largest and most prestigious honours program in the Asian telecommunications market. The judges recognised NTT Communications’ strong financial performance, good service reputation and its leading-edge use of technologies.
